How To Make Your Press On Nails Last With Jelly Tabs

01 Alcohol wipe - properly.
One wipe per hand, not one for all ten fingers. Wipe your natural nails and the inside of the press-ons too. If your nails run oily, be generous.

02 Wait for them to fully dry.
The step no one talks about. Alcohol needs time to evaporate - along with any invisible moisture on the nail bed. Press on seconds after wiping and that moisture is quietly killing your hold.

03 Press and hold for 30 seconds.
Really hold. This is the bonding moment - don’t rush it.

04 Skip water for the first few hours.
Better yet - apply before bed and let them set overnight. Game changer.

05 In winter, warm up your tabs first.
Cold makes jelly tabs firmer and less sticky. Rest the sheet under a warm mug while you prep, or give a quick low-heat blast using a hairdryer once applied.
