Delivery within the UK usually takes 1-3 business days.

International delivery to Europe, the U.S., and Australia usually takes 7-8 business days.

Due to shipping restrictions and distances, at this particularly moment we won't be able to offer free shipping to orders from Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, New Zealand, Vietnam and Africa. But we are working on this and hopefully will be able to offer all Fette customers free shipping soon.

International delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 7-21 business days. Please note that the exact delivery time can vary depending on the country's import regulations. 

If you have special delivery requests or if the package is urgent for a specific date, please contact us before placing the order to avoid disappointment. 

Delivery of the package is handled by Royal Mail and FedEx [subject to change]. Once the package has been sent out, it is not within our capability to follow up, so please ensure that you leave us with the correct delivery address and reach out to the courier's customer service team for any issues that occur during the delivery process. 

If your package is damaged, lost or stolen, please keep related evidence, such as pictures, and contact the relevant shipping companies for compensation.

Please note that Fette is not responsible for issues incurred during the delivery process. 

  • Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.
  • The indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the dispatch date. It does not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc.). The dispatch date may change if your order includes pre-order and made-to-order pieces.
  • Deliveries may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees. Please note that Fette has no control over them and cannot advise what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
  • Please be aware that tracking information will only be updated once the package arrives in its destination country. If your tracking information does not update past the estimated timeframe or you haven't received your package beyond the expected delivery window, please contact Fette. Otherwise, your package is still on its way to its destination country, and all statuses are normal.
