At Fette, we take pride in our premium-quality, hand-crafted press-on nails. Due to hygiene reasons, Fette regrets to say we cannot offer exchanges or returns unless a wrong order has been shipped to you or the products are faulty or damaged.
If you received damaged or incorrect nails, please contact us at hello@fette.world within seven days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect order so we can assess the issue promptly. Please retain the packaging and ensure it’s in perfect condition, as we may need you to return the items.
